The 15th annual induction ceremony was held on January 27, 2008 at the V.F.W. Post 972 in Terre Haute, IN.

The Akers/Grindle award was presented to Stacie K. Wagle.

Presentation of Awards

The Akers/Grindle Award, the Hall's highest award, was presented to Stacie K. Wagle in recognition of his service to the Hall. Stacie ewas among the musicians who helped Alva Grindle to restart the Hall of Fame in 2005 and served on the original Board created by Alva. Stacie's wealth of knowledge on Wabash Valley musicians was critical to the success of the newly-restarted Hall of Fame. Stacie was the first person to receive this award.
